Some more items from my shop.  I've been on a jewelry making spree lately!

I love this pendant, it reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean.

The buttons I use are reclaimed.  It is a fun treasure hunt to find pieces to make jewelry out of.  I also like the more eco-friendly aspect of it.  I am giving new life to objects that have already been on a journey.  Instead of sitting in a box, unused, they can add beauty to someone else's life.

Fell in love with these koi charms.  I liked the idea of using buttons and beads that echo colors of koi we commonly see.

New Flowers

For my first post, I'd like to share some pictures of my beautiful new flowers!  My boyfriend and I recently picked these up to have something pretty sit by the door to our apartment.  I know it isn't a very typical flower pot arrangement, but I fell in love with the dahlia and he liked the African Daisy, so we got both.

So I picked this out, planted it, and forgot what it was.   After much googling I found that it is a Dahlia.  It's gorgeous and has since blossomed even more.

Our somewhat wacky flower arrangement.  I don't remember what the greenery in the front is, some type of vine.  It has definitely brightened up the front of our apartment!
